Tasks is used to create a task related to a case and assign it to an employee, you can set a priority for the task in addition to progress and due date. To add a new task click on the “Add New” button and fill in the task form
Name: the name of the task

* Priority: the priority of the task (Low, Medium, High)
* Due Date: the due date of the task to be delivered
* Case: the case related to the task
* Assigned to: the employee in which the task is assigned to.
* Progress: the progress of the task
* Description: the description of the task

After adding the task you can view, edit and deleted and you can also write comment about it
