You can backup your files using the backup tools that we provide in the Admin-Tools page

inside this page you can find:

  1. Versioning file creation: With this operation you can create a file containing the versioning information of an entire DMS folder. After the creation every file will be saved inside the document folder.
  2. Archive creation: With this operation you can create archive containing the files of entire DMS folders. After the creation the archive will be saved in the data folder of your server.

WARNING: an archive created as human readable will be unusable as server backup.
