A document is more than a file. It has extra metadata, can have any number of versions In SNIPER D.M.S we have 3 kind of meta and attribute to access them
- Navigate to Admin-Tools in the top bar
- First Type is: Global keywords is one way to organize your files and documents using it you can define a set of keywords and then assign them to the document or folder
- Second Type is:Categories this another way to keep your files organized and categorized
- Final Way is: Attribute you can add attributes to your files/folders to include more information about it for example you can add an attribute called country and then assign them to the files to recognize your files according to the country that it's made for.
