Backup

Backup your files and documents using backup tools provided in the Admin-Tools page.

In this page:

1. Versioning file creation: This operation is used to create a file that includes the versioning information of an entire DMS folder. Every created file will be saved in the document's folder.
2. Archive creation: This operation is used to create archive that contains files of an entire DMS folders. After an archive is created, it will be saved in the data folder on the server.

WARNING: An archive that is created as a human readable will be unusable as a server backup.

1. DB dump creation: This operation is used to create a dump file of your database content. After a dump file is created, it will be saved in the data folder on the server.
2. Files deletion: This operation is used to delete all files of an entire DMS folders. Versioning information will remain visible.
