A document is more than a file. It has extra metadata that may be stored in the document. In SNIPER D.M.S we have 3 different kinds of metadata that can be added and modified:
- Navigate to Admin-Tools in the top bar.
- Firstly, We have Global keywords which is one way to organize your files and documents. Define a set of keywords and then assign them to the document or to the folder.
- Secondly, We have Categories which will keep your files organized and categorized.
- Finally, We have Attribute. You can add attributes to your files/folders. For instance, you can add an attribute called country, then assign it to multiple files to categorize files according to the country they belong to.
